The house

The villa sleeps six and has three private lanais with outdoor dining and sun loungers. Glass doors connect the great room to the main lanai. Hardwood floors, natural stone, stone counters and sea-inspired interiors complement the open living area and formal dining space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, kitchen basics, dishes and utensils, wine cooler and ice maker. A BBQ supports outdoor meals, and pre-arrival grocery shopping is available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, television and walk-in closet, with an ensuite featuring a stand-alone shower, bathtub and double vanity. The second primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, split air conditioning, lanai or balcony access, and ocean and mountain views. The ensuites have dual sinks and water closets.

Resort facilities include the Kaiholo and Maliula shared pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, bicycles, the Ocean Course at Hokuala, Timbers Spa and Timbers Fitness Center. Dining options include Hualani's Restaurant and Bar and Nalu's Restaurant at Maliula Pool. Concierge services and weekly resort activities are available. Other amenities include a garden, game room, television, satellite or cable TV, stereo and toys; the building has an elevator.

Daily housekeeping, roundtrip airport transfers, daily buffet breakfast for a maximum of two guests per bedroom, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, and valet or self-parking are included. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. A $40 daily resort fee is charged by and paid to Hokuala Resort upon checkout.

The villa is near golf, water activities, hiking, shopping, museums and dining. A car is recommended for exploring beyond the property; on-property rental cars and bicycle access are available.
