The house

The 1,903-square-foot home has a living area flowing into the dining space, a screened lanai overlooking the garden, and a private yard with outdoor seating and space for outdoor dining.

Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, split air conditioning, a ceiling fan and balcony/deck access. The primary bedroom also has garden access. Guest Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has an ensuite with a double vanity; Guest Bedroom 3 is downstairs.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large island, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, cookware and utensils. A BBQ is available. The home includes a washer and dryer, linens, a starter supply of essentials, television with satellite or cable, a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker/iPod station. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided.

Princeville offers walking paths and nearby golf, beaches, shops and dining. Wyllie’s Beach is nearby on foot, and Tunnels Beach is a short drive away. A car is necessary.

Exterior-facing cameras are positioned by the front door, the side door opposite the front door, and facing the back screened-in lanai. Mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies to stays of 10 nights or longer, with two mid-stay cleanings required for stays of 21 nights or longer. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking; customer support coordinates scheduling and applies the charges.
