The house

Kai-Yak Cove is a recently built beach house with four bedrooms arranged across two levels: three upstairs and one downstairs. The villa has a private pool with an elevated spa, a private dock with gazebo, a wrap-around veranda, an outdoor shower, and waterfront views. The summer kitchen includes a gas grill, ice maker, and drink fridge. Indoors, two dens have SmartTVs and Sonos sound, while the great room has a wall of glass facing the pool and cove.

Bedroom 1 is a lower-level queen room with garden views, veranda access, and an ensuite shower bathroom. Bedroom 2 is an upper-level primary suite with a king bed, waterfront views, SmartTV, vaulted ceilings, private balcony access, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with dual vanity, soaking bathtub, and separate shower. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and shares an adjacent hall bathroom; the beds can be fitted into a king bed upon request. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and shares the adjacent hall bathroom.

A lower-level den has a king Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa. Kayaks, paddleboards, and cruiser bicycles are available for discounted rental; a signed waiver is required. The villa has access to a private dock for launching rented kayaks.
