The house

The open-concept living and dining areas have large windows and elevated ocean views. The dining area doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace, while the lanai provides outdoor seating and space for dining.

The kitchen has island and bar seating, generous counters, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Appliances include a coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, mixer and ice machine. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and garden views. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ocean views. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed with partial ocean and garden views. All three bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms in total, including the primary ensuite and a guest full bathroom.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, a hair dryer, shampoo, hot water and a bathtub. Entertainment includes a smart TV and an iPod station/Bluetooth speaker. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, beach bag, cooler and insulated cooler bag are available. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.

The home is in a quiet Kailua neighborhood, a short drive from sandy beaches, cafés, shops and dining. Free parking is available, and a car is recommended. Self check-in and check-out are available. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting.
