Before you book
House rules
Minimum stay: 30 consecutive nights. The property may not be rented for fewer than 30 consecutive days, and there are no rate reductions based on the actual nights used. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Children are welcome. Smoking is prohibited in the home, on the lanai and in common areas. BBQ grills are prohibited on the lanai under Oahu Fire Code; community grills are available near the pool. Electricity is included up to the community’s usage policy; guests are responsible for any overage.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Ko Olina’s lagoons and golf course are accessible on foot; four sheltered lagoons are linked by a seaside path.
