## About the house

The 1,320-square-foot villa accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. An open-concept living area with plush seating connects through sliding doors to a covered lanai overlooking lawns and tropical palms, with partial ocean views. A dining area and breakfast bar adjoin the fully equipped kitchen, which has granite countertops, wood cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, blender, rice cooker, food processor, toaster, toaster oven, ice machine and wine fridge.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, garden views, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, blackout drapes, a walk-in closet and space for a crib or Pack and Play. Its ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, garden views, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and blackout drapes. Guest Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, garden views, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A separate guest full bathroom serves the home.

The villa has high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, an insulated cooler bag, outdoor seating, television, smart TV, satellite or cable TV and home-theater facilities. Shared community facilities include a pool, hot tub and grills near the pool. Access to the Ko Olina Beach + Sports Club includes fitness, dining and recreational privileges.

Ko Olina’s four sheltered lagoons are linked by a seaside path. The lagoons and golf course are accessible on foot, and the Ko Olina Marina offers sailing and snorkeling excursions. Nearby dining includes Monkeypod Kitchen, Roy’s Ko Olina and the Four Seasons Resort & Spa. Children are welcome.

BBQ grills are prohibited on the lanai under Oahu Fire Code; community grills are available near the pool. Electricity is included up to the community’s usage policy; guests are responsible for any overage.
