House rules
Minimum stay: 29 nights. Electricity cap: $500/month; excess usage is billed to the guest. Grills are not permitted on lanais. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the accommodation, balconies, patios, and common areas, including tobacco and marijuana. Violations incur a penalty and any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage-repair charges, and may lead to eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of the no-smoking policy. Children are welcome.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Ko Olina lagoons, restaurants, golf, and the Four Seasons resort are within walking reach. Honolulu is a short drive away. Parking accommodates compact or standard vehicles only; oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and no public or street parking is available. Redevelopment next to the Kai Lani community began March 2, 2026 and is expected to last approximately 21 months, with work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Occasional construction noise, traffic, or light dust may occur.
