## About the house

The condo accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite has a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. A separate guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The open-plan living and dining area has tile floors, seating, a smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading to a private lanai overlooking the community pool and green spaces. Ceiling fans are provided in every room. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes, and utensils. An in-unit washer and dryer, linens, essentials, beach towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private entrance are provided.

The gated Ko Olina community offers a shared pool with lounge seating and a community hot tub. Ko Olina has four sandy lagoons, golf, restaurants, shopping, coffee, and local markets. The lagoons, restaurants, golf, and Four Seasons resort are within walking reach; Honolulu is a short drive away. Nearby Four Seasons and Aulani resorts offer spas and dining.

Two assigned parking spaces are provided: one garage space and one outdoor stall, for compact or standard vehicles only. A car is recommended. Children are welcome. Stays require at least 29 nights. Electricity has a $500/month cap, with excess billed to the guest. Nearby redevelopment may cause construction noise, traffic, or light dust.

Parking accommodates compact or standard vehicles only; oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and no public or street parking is available. Redevelopment next to the Kai Lani community began March 2, 2026 and is expected to last approximately 21 months, with work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Occasional construction noise, traffic, or light dust may occur.

Minimum stay: 29 nights. Electricity cap: $500/month; excess usage is billed to the guest. Grills are not permitted on lanais. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the accommodation, balconies, patios, and common areas, including tobacco and marijuana. Violations incur a penalty and any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage-repair charges, and may lead to eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of the no-smoking policy. Children are welcome.
