The 1,244-square-foot condo has vaulted ceilings, an open-plan living and dining area, and unobstructed Pacific Ocean views toward Mailie Point and the Waianae Mountain Range. Picture windows and sliding doors connect the living space with a covered lanai furnished for dining and relaxing at sunset.

The kitchen includes a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf induction range with convection oven, Miele dishwasher, granite countertops and travertine floors. Additional equipment includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, freezer, ice machine and cooking utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean view, walk-in closet, dresser and TV. Its ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, a walk-in shower and bathtub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan, with access to a separate full bathroom with shower and vanity.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, a full-size washer and dryer, linens and beach towels are provided. One assigned garage parking stall accommodates a compact or standard-size vehicle.

Shared community facilities include a pool, hot tub, walking paths, landscaped grounds and communal BBQ grills near the pool. A secluded cove and beach beneath a Banyan Tree and the Ko Olina lagoons are within walking distance. Shops and dining are available at Ko Olina Center and Ko Olina Station. Ko Olina Championship Golf Course, Ko Olina Marina, nearby resorts and Kapolei shopping and entertainment are a short drive away.

The condo is upstairs. A car is recommended. A secluded cove and beach beneath a Banyan Tree and the Ko Olina lagoons are within walking distance. Parking is limited to one assigned compact or standard-size stall; oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. Redevelopment next to the Kai Lani community at the former Paradise Cove Luau property began March 2, 2026, and is expected to last approximately 21 months. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and may cause occasional noise, traffic or light dust.

Monthly rental terms apply. Electricity usage is capped at 400 dollars per month; excess usage is billed to the guest. BBQ grills are prohibited on lanais under the Honolulu Fire Code; communal grills are available. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises; violations may result in penalties or eviction. Children are welcome.
