Before you book
House rules
A five-night minimum stay is required year-round. A seven-night minimum is required over Christmas and New Year's week. Christmas and New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. Infants under two do not count toward occupancy. No smoking is permitted. Pets are not allowed. A signed waiver is required for discounted kayak and paddleboard rentals.
Getting there
The home is on a quiet stretch of Cayman Kai beside the Bioluminescent Bay. It has a sandy backyard beach, private dock, and direct waterfront access. The Rum Point Club and Kaibo are described as a short walk away. The shoreline and water entry may vary seasonally, and the beach or water entry may vary slightly because of weather. Grand Cayman beaches may experience seasonal ocean debris and sargassum.
