## About the house

Built in 2024, the estate offers 3,300 sq ft of living space, including a separate studio cottage. The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and large windows overlooking the garden courtyard, with connected living, dining and kitchen areas.

The kitchen has a large center island, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, double oven, dishwasher and wine fridge. Additional equipment includes a microwave, stove, freezer, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender and rice cooker. A BBQ and outdoor dining spaces are available.

The downstairs primary bedroom has a California king bed, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom and private lanai access. Three guest bedrooms each have a queen bed; Guest Bedroom 4 is near the laundry room. The separate studio cottage has a king bed, full bathroom, closet and private garden setting. All five bedrooms have split air conditioning.

Fully fenced, gated grounds contain a private courtyard, backyard, covered lanai, shaded areas and mature papaya, avocado, banyan and plumeria trees. A hot tub, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are provided. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, laundry equipment in the main house and garage, free parking and an EV charger.

Nearby beaches, parks, eateries and neighborhood conveniences are accessible on foot. Honolulu Zoo, Diamond Head, cultural museums, golf, Kahala Mall and Waikīkī’s shopping, dining and entertainment are a short drive away.
