Monthly rental only; prorated rates are not available. The property is exclusively available to the renter for a full 30 days, and no one else may occupy it during that period. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. A minimum age limit applies. Self check-in and check-out are available.

Beach access is just steps away; Kahala Mall, Diamond Head and Waikiki are a short drive away.
