## About the house

The estate has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, marble floors and windows overlooking the gardens. The formal dining table seats eight, with additional casual seating at the breakfast bar and kitchen island. Two separate TV rooms have Roku-equipped televisions.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dual sinks, dual stovetops, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and utensils. Coffee-making equipment, an espresso machine, kettle, blender, food processor, wine fridge, ice machine and toaster oven are also provided, along with a kitchenette.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, garden views and an ensuite with a soaking tub, dual vanities and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king and twin bed and a private lanai. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and garden views; Guest Bedroom 4 has a king bed and private lanai; Guest Bedroom 5 has a queen bed. Guest Bedroom 6 is a den with an extra-long twin bed. Central air conditioning serves the bedrooms, and air conditioning is provided throughout the home.

The private yard has tropical landscaping, a private pool with a natural rock waterfall, a heated Jacuzzi spa and lounging areas. The pool and spa are not fenced. A covered gazebo provides a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table. A full laundry room has a washer and dryer, and two gated driveways provide free on-site parking.

Kahala Beach is a stroll away. Kahala Mall offers shops and restaurants nearby, Diamond Head trail is a short drive away, and Waikiki is within minutes. Reservations provide exclusive 30-day occupancy; prorated rentals are not available.
