## About the house

The main residence has five ensuite bedrooms with split air conditioning. The upstairs primary bedroom has ocean views and private lanai access; three further bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs. A vaulted open-beam great room has ocean and island views, sliding glass walls, and a dining area beside the lanai. Stairs connect the living area to the upper bedrooms.

The kitchen has koa-toned cabinetry, white stone counters, stainless appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, ice machine and mixer. A covered lanai provides a BBQ and outdoor dining table.

The gated estate grounds have two pools, including an ocean-side freeform pool, a hot tub, loungers, a private tennis court, gardens, a lily pond and a rock waterfall. Direct beach access leads to Kahala Beach. Beach towels and chairs are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, television, linens, hot water, free parking and a garage are available. Concierge services can arrange a private chef, grocery delivery, wellness experiences and island activities. Children are welcome, and self check-in and check-out are available.

The Kahala Hotel is accessible on foot along the beach for meals. Waialae Beach Park, Kahala Mall, golf courses, cafes and local markets are nearby. Waikiki is about ten minutes away and Hanauma Bay about twenty minutes away. Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is a drive across town. Only the main residence is included; the guest house is excluded.
