House rules
Monthly rental with a 30-day minimum stay; prorated rates are not available and reservations may not overlap. Standard occupancy is 12 guests; maximum occupancy is 14 guests, comprising 10 adults and 4 children. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. An electric security deposit of $1,000 applies, with a $500 usage allowance; it is fully refundable if usage remains within the limit. Twin-to-king conversion in Guest Bedroom 3 requires prior request and may incur a fee. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Kahala Beach, Waialae Country Club and Kahala Hotel & Resort are minutes away; Kahala Mall is a short drive away. Waikiki is within ten minutes. The home is single-level.
