## About the house

The home has over 4,300 square feet of living space, island-style architecture and Balinese-inspired interiors. A vaulted great room opens toward garden views, with a dining table for ten and a separate breakfast nook. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, island seating and a butler’s area with a wine fridge and extra preparation space.

A game lounge has a pool table that converts to a ping pong table and opens onto the covered lanai. Outside are a private pool, tropical gardens, poolside loungers, dining areas, an outdoor kitchen, grill and outdoor shower. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler are available; beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

The primary suite has a canopy bed, seating area, direct pool access and an ensuite with dual vanities, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom attached to Bedroom 3. Bathrooms for Bedrooms 4 and 5 are just outside their rooms. Every bedroom has ceiling fans and large windows.

A dedicated laundry room contains two stacked washer and dryer sets and an additional refrigerator. The home also has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, toys and multiple lounging spaces.

Waialae Country Club, Kahala Beach and Kahala Hotel & Resort are minutes away. Nearby attractions include Dolphin Quest, the hotel spa and oceanfront restaurants. Kahala Mall is a short drive away, and Waikiki’s beaches, shopping and nightlife are within ten minutes.

Monthly rental with a 30-day minimum stay; prorated rates are not available and reservations may not overlap. Standard occupancy is 12 guests; maximum occupancy is 14 guests, comprising 10 adults and 4 children. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. An electric security deposit of $1,000 applies, with a $500 usage allowance; it is fully refundable if usage remains within the limit. Twin-to-king conversion in Guest Bedroom 3 requires prior request and may incur a fee. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
