The 4,007-square-foot residence occupies an 18,000-plus-square-foot lot with palms, landscaped gardens and terraced paths. Sliding glass walls connect the main living and dining level to a covered lanai. Interiors feature contemporary Hawaiian and European artwork, colorful textiles and ocean views.

The kitchen has a large island, professional-style appliances, red cabinetry and generous counter space. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker and grinder, blender, rice cooker, food processor, mixer and wine fridge. An outdoor kitchen and professional-grade grill complement multiple outdoor dining and lounge areas, a fire pit, an outdoor shower and a private infinity-edge pool.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, an ensuite full bathroom, garden and mountain views, balcony access, split air conditioning, blackout drapes and space for a crib or pack and play. The second bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite full bathroom, ocean and mountain views, split air conditioning and blackout drapes. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ocean, garden and mountain views, and split air conditioning.

Facilities include a TechnoGym fitness room, screening and media spaces, smart television, Sonos, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and free parking. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, a paddleboard and two beach cruiser bikes. The nearest beach or shoreline is a 10–15-minute drive away. A shopping mall is a 5–10-minute drive away; dining districts and central Honolulu are 15–20 minutes away by car, and Waikiki and major cultural attractions are 20–25 minutes away by car. The property is exclusively available to the renter for a full 30-day period.
