The house

Kahala Cottage has an open floor plan with two living areas, TVs and DVD players, and a dining table seating eight. Sliding doors open onto the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and cooking essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, pool views and private pool access. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and sliding doors to the lanai. Both bedrooms and the main living room have split air conditioning, with ceiling fans throughout. Additional sleeping options are available upon request. One bathroom has a shower/tub combination; the other has a shower and is shared, off the living room and connected to the laundry area.

The private pool is surrounded by tropical greenery, with a BBQ, outdoor dining, lanai, garden and private yard. Beach chairs, beach towels and coolers are provided; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, an iron, hair dryer, shampoo and extra pillows and blankets. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.

Kahala Beach, Kahala Mall, local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Waikiki, Diamond Head, Honolulu Zoo and golf courses are a short drive away. A car is recommended, and free guest parking and street parking are available. The property is offered as a monthly rental.
