House rules
Monthly rental with a minimum rental period of 30 consecutive days. Full-month occupancy is not required, but the monthly charge is fixed and non-prorated. Maximum occupancy is eight guests; additional-guest fees apply. A utility fee of $750 per month applies to stays of 21 or more days. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
Guest Bedroom 4 has a separate exterior entrance and is not connected to the main interior. Beaches, parks, dining and boutique shopping are within walking distance; Kahala Mall, Diamond Head and Waikiki are a short drive away.
