## About the house

The 3,022-square-foot residence accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two primary bedrooms have king beds; the other two have queen beds. The fourth bedroom occupies a guest cottage with a separate exterior entrance and no connection to the main interior. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve all four bedrooms.

The open-plan living room has a sectional sofa, cable television and sliding doors to a lanai. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and small appliances. There is a breakfast nook and a dining table seating eight.

Tropical landscaping surrounds the private backyard. Two lanais, outdoor seating, loungers, a BBQ grill and an outdoor shower support outdoor living. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are provided; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.

The home has high-speed Wi-Fi, smart television, and a washer and dryer located in the garage. Self check-in and check-out are available. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras.

Beaches, parks, dining and boutique shopping are within walking distance. Kahala Mall, Diamond Head, Waikiki, museums and golf courses are a short drive away.

Monthly rental with a minimum rental period of 30 consecutive days. Full-month occupancy is not required, but the monthly charge is fixed and non-prorated. Maximum occupancy is eight guests; additional-guest fees apply. A utility fee of $750 per month applies to stays of 21 or more days. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
