The house

The residence sleeps up to six guests and has two bathrooms. Its open living and dining area leads through sliding doors to a large covered balcony overlooking tropical gardens. A breakfast nook seats two, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder and toaster oven. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, garden views, television, central air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and spacious vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds, garden views and split air conditioning, with access to the full guest bathroom containing a shower/tub combination and single vanity. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Air conditioning is available in select rooms.

Shared facilities in the Kahala Beach complex include an ocean-view pool, community hot tub, fitness room, library, landscaped gardens and koi ponds. The residence also provides Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, television with satellite or cable service, beach towels, beach chairs and a private entrance. One private assigned parking space is included.

The property is next to The Kahala Resort, with dining, spa experiences and beachfront access steps away. Kahala Mall's shops, restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away. The property is offered exclusively to the renter for a full 30-day period, with no prorated rentals.
