The house

The updated, open-plan living area connects to the dining space and kitchen, with natural light, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors lead to a shaded private lanai with garden views and outdoor seating.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, a ceiling fan, lanai access and an ensuite with a shower/tub combination. Additional sleeping is on the living-room sleeper sofa.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, mixer, cookware and utensils. A dining nook sits beside the lanai, and guests can use a communal BBQ area.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, a hair dryer, an iron and a starter supply of shampoo, dish soap and laundry detergent are provided. Coin-operated community laundry facilities are steps away. Beach equipment includes chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards and a cooler. The property has a private entrance, free parking, a smoke detector, a deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting.

Local shops, dining and Kapaa’s coastal path are within walking reach. Beaches, hiking trails, waterfalls and markets are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
