The house

Kahakai Estates Hale accommodates six guests in a single-level home with central air conditioning and Restoration Hardware furnishings. The open-plan great room has a 75-inch Smart TV, seating and an adjoining dining area for six. Sliding doors open onto an expanded covered lanai with lounge seating, a dining table and another 75-inch TV.

The remodeled kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating and access to the lanai. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine, dishes and utensils. An outdoor BBQ grill is also available.

Each bedroom has one California king bed and central air conditioning. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a 65-inch Smart TV; the two guest bedrooms have garden views. Remodeled bathroom features include a curbless walk-in shower.

Outside, a private pool and hot tub sit within a fully fenced backyard with tropical landscaping and ocean views. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly space, a washer and dryer, garage, free parking, beach towels, a crib and a Pack and Play. Smart TVs, stereo, DVD player, satellite or cable TV and toys are available.

Residential walking paths are within Kahakai Estates. Downtown Kailua-Kona, White Sands Beach, Kahalu’u Beach Park and Makalawena Beach are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
