The house

Kaanapali Royal Q-202 accommodates up to six guests. The open-plan living area has plush seating, a large smart TV, and sliding glass doors opening onto a private lanai with outdoor seating and dining space. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and an ice machine. There is also an indoor dining area.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, central air conditioning, a workspace, and a private lanai with golf course views. Its en suite bathroom has dual vanities and a shower/tub combination. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, central air conditioning, garden views, and a full en suite bathroom. A sofa bed is in the living room.

Shared resort facilities include a large pool, hot tub, tennis courts, BBQ area, tropical landscaping, walking paths, and gated entry. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers, and an insulated cooler bag are provided. The condo also has Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, a hair dryer, an iron, a Pack and Play, and printer/scanner/fax equipment. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Kaanapali Beach, Whalers Village, Black Rock, and restaurants are accessible on foot. A car is recommended. A small private school next door can generate occasional noise during weekday school hours. Parking costs $160.00 flat rate per vehicle, collected at registration; a second vehicle may be permitted subject to availability for the same fee. Limited starter bathroom supplies are provided, and guests purchase additional supplies for their stay. Long-term stays are also allowed.
