The house

Ka Hui Ana (The Gathering) accommodates up to 12 guests in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by tropical landscaping. The detached ohana forms part of the stay and has a bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchenette. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and split air conditioning. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have garden views; Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 have partial ocean views. Guest Bedroom 2 is in the detached ohana and has space for a crib or pack and play.

The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, lounge seating and sliding glass doors opening onto a covered lanai. The indoor dining table seats four, the lanai dining area seats eight, and the kitchen island has seating for five. The kitchen includes high-end appliances, an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-making equipment and small appliances.

The private yard includes an unheated swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, lounging areas, outdoor seating, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and fire pit. Beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler are provided. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a full laundry room with washer and dryer, and free driveway parking.

Poipu Beach, Baby Beach, Kiahuna Beach, the Shops at Kukuiʻula and Old Koloa Town are nearby. A car is necessary. The stay does not include access to the Kukuiʻula Golf Course or Club facilities. The property is currently for sale.
