The house

Ka'a'awa Hale accommodates up to six guests for exclusive monthly stays. The open-plan living and dining area has hardwood floors, ceiling fans, comfortable seating and a smart TV, with access to the kitchen and lanai. The kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker. Its central island has bar seating for four.

All three bedrooms have window air conditioning, ceiling fans and mountain views. The primary bedroom also has ocean views, balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. The shared guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have space for a crib or Pack and Play.

Outside, an elevated lanai overlooks the ocean. A shaded open-air lounge beneath the home has seating and a BBQ grill. There is a private fenced yard and an outdoor shower. Beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards are provided, along with a washer and dryer, linens, an iron and a hair dryer. High-speed Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly setup are available.

The home has a private entrance, self check-in and check-out, smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras. Ka'a'awa Beach Park is across from the home and accessible on foot; Kualoa Ranch is a short drive away. A car is necessary. The home is offered for a full 30-day period without prorated stays.
