The house

The 120 m² holiday home stands on 770 m² of natural grounds. Three bedrooms each have a double bed, and a ladder-accessed mezzanine provides two additional sleeping places. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, and one has direct access to the sauna. A wood-burning stove, electric heating and an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump provide heating.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and separate 60-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The living area has two flat-screen televisions and satellite reception with German channels. One high chair is provided, and Wi-Fi is included.

The private, screened terrace has outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a four-person wilderness bath for outdoor bathing throughout the year. Electric-car charging is available at the house; bring your own charging cable and any required adapters.

The angling lake is beside the house, and the sandy beach is 1,200 metres away. The beaches of Søndervig and Houvig can be reached on foot. The surrounding area offers walking and cycling, while Søndervig has shopping and activities. A year-round golf course in Søndervig is minutes away.
