The 107 m² holiday home stands on a 776 m² natural plot beside Lodbjerg Hede Ørredsø and near Holmsland Klit golf course. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bedroom and one bathroom at the opposite end of the house. Sleeping accommodation comprises one double bed and four single beds.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and separate 70-litre freezer; an oven/stove is also available. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. The house has a wood-burning stove, electric heating, an air-to-air heat pump and bathroom underfloor heating.
Indoor facilities include a sauna, table football, a carrom-style board game, a flat-screen television, DVD player, satellite reception with German channels and a Bluetooth speaker. One high chair is provided.
The screened, partly covered terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. Free Wi-Fi is available. The surrounding holiday area has walking paths and playgrounds, with shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.
