The house

The 72 m² holiday home stands on a 2,050 m² plot and was built in 1975 and renovated in 2024. The living room has large windows, a wood-burning stove, Chromecast and a flat-screen television with selected Danish and German satellite channels. Electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are available.

There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The smallest bedroom is best suited to children. Sleeping accommodation comprises one double bed and three single beds. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove, plus a separate 100-litre freezer. A washing machine is available.

Several terraces offer open, screened, enclosed and covered outdoor areas, with garden furniture, loungers and a charcoal barbecue. The garden has football goals, a swing set and an outdoor sleeping shelter. The outdoor shower is available from April to 1 November. A carport, storage shed and electric-car charging socket are provided.

Nearby plantation nature trails offer walking opportunities, and there is a communal playground in the area. A put-and-take fishing lake and an 18-hole golf course open year-round are nearby.
