The house

Built in 1973 and renovated in 2025 in a nostalgic holiday-cottage style, this 58 m² home has three bedrooms with a total of five single beds and one bathroom. The bathroom has underfloor heating. An energy-saving air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove provide heating.

The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a separate 60-litre freezer. Wi-Fi is available, and internet is included.

The home stands on a 2,103 m² natural plot with space for outdoor games such as kubb and pétanque. The terrace has screened, covered and open areas, with garden furniture. A barbecue, garden fire pit, swing and storage shed are available.

Lodbjerg Hede is a nature-focused area near Søndervig. The North Sea is 1,500 metres away, and the nearest well-stocked supermarket is 2,300 metres away in Søndervig. The house is non-smoking, pets are not permitted, and electric-vehicle charging is not available.
