The house

Built in 1971 and renovated in 2023, the home stands on a 2,460 m² plot. The kitchen opens onto the living room and includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and cooking facilities. The sleeping accommodation includes two double beds and two single beds. There is one bathroom.

An air-to-air heat pump serves the living room, with electric radiators in the bedrooms. The living room has a flat-screen television and satellite reception with German channels. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are available.

The terrace has two sections: one covered, sheltered and almost enclosed, and another sheltered, enclosed section open to the sky. Outdoor equipment includes garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue. There is also a storage shed and a large lawn for outdoor games.

The nearest beach is 1,600 m away and the nearest shopping is 3,500 m away. The North Sea and Søndervig are a short walk away. Søndervig has restaurants, shops and a sand sculpture festival. Up to two pets are welcome.
