The house

The ground floor has an open living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and television, connected to the equipped open kitchen. There is also a master bedroom and a spacious lounge. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, a sitting area and a bar; one upstairs bedroom accommodates two people and opens onto its own balcony. The home has three double beds and one bathroom with underfloor heating. A cot is available.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher and separate 150-litre freezer, with additional food-storage cupboards in the entrance area. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump.

The roughly 3,000 m² natural plot has a maintained garden, several seating areas, garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a screened terrace and a covered terrace. There is also a balcony and garage parking.

A golf course, driving range and fishing lake are nearby. Søndervig offers cafés, restaurants and shops, while Ringkøbing and Hvide Sande are options for excursions.
