The house

The house has an open dining area with a large table, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven and hob, and a separate 100-litre freezer. Sleeping accommodation comprises three double beds, three single beds and one bunk bed across five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, a washing machine and tumble dryer, one cot and one high chair.

The indoor pool has a counter-current system, a 30 cm-deep children's area and a main depth of 120 cm. A sauna, two-person hot tub, table football, wood-burning stove and flat-screen television with some Danish and German satellite channels provide additional facilities. The house has ground-source heating and underfloor heating in the living room and bathrooms. Wi-Fi and fibre broadband are included.

The 2,576 m² natural grounds have a climbing frame, slide, sandpit, swing, boules court and beach-volleyball facilities. An enclosed, screened wooden terrace includes a covered area, garden furniture and a barbecue. The house was built in 1993 and renovated in 2012.

The North Sea is 1,500 metres away and can be reached on foot. Søndervig and the landscape around Ringkøbing Fjord offer beaches, heathland walks and nearby golf.
