The house

The 105 m² holiday home was built in 2017 and stands on a 2,000 m² natural plot screened by tall fir trees. An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area forms the shared indoor space, with a wood-burning stove and an air-to-air heat pump.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two double beds and two single beds across the house. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom leading directly to the outdoor sauna. The bathrooms have underfloor heating.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove, plus a separate 60-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Entertainment includes one flat-screen television, satellite reception with selected Danish and German channels, and internet radio with Bluetooth streaming. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are available.

The south-facing wooden terrace has open and covered areas, garden furniture and sun loungers. Both gas and charcoal barbecues are available. Children have a swing and sandpit visible from the kitchen and living area. A fishing lake and golf course are nearby, with running routes in the surrounding area.
