The house

Just For Fun is in Cayman Kai beside a bioluminescent bay. The villa has a private dock, a large private waterfront pool, a screened porch and a hammock cabana. A public right-of-way beach access is a few steps diagonally across the street, and the Rum Point Club is described as a five-minute walk up the road. The home has a full modern kitchen with a glass cooktop stove, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator with freezer, plus a separate wet bar with a wine fridge.

Indoor and outdoor dining areas include a front garden porch and a large screened atrium. Outdoor changing rooms and showers, an outdoor grill, an HD Smart TV and Netflix/Amazon access are also advertised. Cruiser bicycles, kayaks and paddleboards are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver. A cleaning fee is included for enhanced cleaning, sanitation and inspection protocols. Reduced rates may apply to small groups not requiring all bedrooms.
