# Just Ducky Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 13 guests and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, comprising four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The living and dining areas have ocean views, and the level-three deck spans the eastern side of the home. Coastal furnishings, a den, a great room and a level-four ship's watch provide indoor living spaces. All bedrooms open onto decks, and an elevator serves all levels. Level two contains a king bedroom with a private tiled bathroom, a bunk bedroom with a tiled semi-private bathroom and shower/tub combination, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The queen and twin bedrooms share a tiled bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Level three contains another king bedroom with a private tiled bathroom, a half bathroom, the great room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two sinks and granite countertops, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, a microwave and a toaster. Laundry facilities are on level two. Outside are a private outdoor pool, hot tub, turf around the pool area, fenced-in yard, outdoor bar, gas grill, outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower. A private walkway with steps leads to the beach. Five beach chairs are provided. Entertainment includes multiple large-screen Smart TVs, cable and streaming TV, and Wi-Fi. Central heating and air conditioning, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Parking accommodates six vehicles. The Welcome Program supplies an arrival starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These are starter quantities rather than supplies for the full stay; guests provide additional paper products, trash bags and soaps. An elevator serves all levels, but its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. Parking is limited to six vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027. No smoking. No pets, including short visits; a pet-policy violation may result in termination of the tenancy. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Never enter the elevator hoistway or operate the elevator if its gate or door locking system is malfunctioning, or if the ride or sounds are abnormal. Do not attempt elevator repairs.
