## About the house

The third level has an open-plan great room, kitchen and dining area, with ocean views from the living and dining spaces. Two bedrooms are on this level; the other three are on level two. Open sun decks, covered decks and a screened porch provide outdoor seating areas, including shaded space on level two.

The sleeping inventory comprises four queen beds, three twin beds and one double futon in the level-two laundry area. The home accommodates up to 13 guests.

Facilities include a hot tub, whirlpool tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, basketball hoop, volleyball, five beach chairs and outdoor furniture. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Streaming TV is available; satellite TV is offered for 2026 only.

The beach is a short walk down a private walkway and over the dune. Community amenities include beach and soundside access.
