The second-floor main living area has hardwood floors and an open kitchen, dining and living layout. The fully equipped kitchen connects to a dining table seating six and a breakfast bar seating two. The living room has a 40-inch flat-screen TV. This level includes a queen primary bedroom with a TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a second queen bedroom with a TV, and a bedroom with two twin beds. Two decks overlook the front yard and pool area.

The ground level has a den with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV and small games table, plus a sink, mini-fridge and coffee maker. There is a king primary suite with a private full bathroom and a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. A screened porch provides access to the pool area.

The outdoor backyard pool measures 14 by 25 feet and is 4 to 5 feet deep. Optional pool heating is available outside January and February for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of the reservation. Other features include air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, gas grill, books and games, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a spacious yard. Free off-street parking accommodates three vehicles.

Back River Beach is two blocks away, the main beach is five blocks away and Back River Fishing Pier is three blocks away. The neighborhood is suitable for walking and biking, with restaurants, shopping and attractions nearby.
