The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has three full bathrooms. Level 1 contains the entry and laundry. Level 2 has a queen ensuite bedroom with a shower/tub combination, a queen bedroom with a semi-private bathroom opening to the hallway, and a bedroom with two twin/twin bunk sets. Level 3 has a queen bedroom with a semi-private bathroom also accessible from the common area, plus the great room, kitchen, dining area and screened porch. The complete bed inventory is three queen beds and two twin/twin bunk sets.

The living area has cable TV, and the kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and municipal water.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, open decks, outdoor furniture, a screened porch, charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Five beach chairs are provided. The pool is listed as 14 × 28, with 2026 opening dates of April 25 through October 9. Parking accommodates four vehicles, and keyless entry is provided.

The home is in a quiet section of Corolla, near shops, restaurants, bike paths and local attractions. Upper levels have horizon views of the Atlantic. Breakers Arch South Access is the beach access at the end of the cul-de-sac.
