The house

The townhome accommodates seven guests with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Its combined living, dining and kitchen area has wood floors, a gas fireplace, a sofa, two armchairs, a 60-inch Smart TV and a Sonos soundbar. The fully equipped kitchen includes Viking appliances, a slow cooker, blender, dishwasher and coffee maker. The dining nook seats six, with four additional stools at the breakfast bar.

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a 55-inch TV and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. A washer and dryer are also on this floor. Upstairs, one guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The other has a twin-over-king bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Every bedroom has a gas fireplace; both upstairs bedrooms have TVs and share a mountain-view balcony. A separate balcony off the hallway has a grill.

Shared community facilities include a heated pool, hot tub and fitness center. The home also has a private ski locker, free Wi-Fi and assigned garage parking for two vehicles. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided. A free on-demand ride service is available during winter.
