The patio has a private chlorine-treated above-ground pool measuring 3.5 × 2 metres with a depth of 1.60 metres, sun loungers, a barbecue and a covered outdoor dining area. An outdoor toilet completes the patio facilities.

Inside, an air-conditioned reading room connects to the living-dining room with satellite TV. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and microwave, with a window overlooking the living room. One bedroom has a double bed and portable air conditioning; the other has twin beds and a fan. There is one bathroom with a shower.
