The house

The lift enters directly into the apartment. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area has ocean views, sunrise and sunset outlooks, and bifold doors. A balcony and BBQ grill are available. Ducted air conditioning serves the whole apartment.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, beach views, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with a double sink, large bathtub and shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and beach views; they share the main bathroom with a combined deep bathtub and shower.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a desk and laptop-friendly workspace, television, heating, a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer. One free basement parking space is available, and free street parking is also advertised.

Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are included, with triple-sheeted beds. Basic hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid and cleaning spray are provided. A starter supply of bin liners, dishwasher tablets, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied; longer stays may require replenishment. Bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

Cafes, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and the closest flagged swimming beach is a short walk along the beach. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Longer stays are allowed.
