House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
The apartment is beachfront in central Lorne, directly opposite the Lorne Sea Baths precinct and close to shops and amenities. It is split-level and located on the upper level, with access through a central hallway. A single lock-up garage accommodates one vehicle. Interconnection with Apartment 3 is available on request.
