Joy Apartment 4 occupies the south side of the upper level of the Joy Apartment complex. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, ocean views from the deck and open-plan living room, and a single lock-up garage. Furnishings include wool bedroom carpets, designer furniture and polished timber floors. Facilities include a kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster; Wi-Fi throughout; smart TV; gas barbecue; washer; heating; ceiling fan; bathtub; and outdoor seating. Linen is provided. Double-glazed windows reduce street noise. The apartment can interconnect with Apartment 3 on request. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. The holiday home is professionally managed with 24/7 local support.

The apartment is beachfront in central Lorne, directly opposite the Lorne Sea Baths precinct and close to shops and amenities. It is split-level and located on the upper level, with access through a central hallway. A single lock-up garage accommodates one vehicle. Interconnection with Apartment 3 is available on request.

No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
