The house has a planted interior courtyard with seating corners and a 5 × 2 m chlorine pool, 1.20 m deep. It has direct neighbours and views of Puig de Sant Salvador.

Inside are a spacious living room with Smart TV, satellite channels and books, a separate dining room and an equipped independent kitchen. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The ground floor has a bathroom with a bathtub.
