House rules

No smoking. Pets are not permitted. Parties and events are not permitted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. Bed linen and towels are not provided and can be ordered for an additional charge. Ordered linen is supplied for the stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable deposit of €800 per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization with the final payment. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; bath towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €75 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. The listing also presents a 5.5% optional cancellation-insurance charge. Heating and parking are included. Tourist tax is listed as included in the total price; its calculation depends on stay dates.
