House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not supplied; optional linen can be ordered. Linen is delivered on arrival for the stay and is not renewed. The property has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use household outlets for charging. A refundable €800 deposit per reservation is taken by card pre-authorisation. The tourist tax is included in the total price. The concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional services include kitchen towels (€2 per reservation), a towel set (€7 per reservation), linen for a double bed (€18 per reservation), linen for a single bed (€14 per reservation), end-of-stay cleaning (€100 per reservation), and a bath mat (€3 per reservation).
