No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are accepted except animals described as dangerous breeds. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Linen is optional and supplied on arrival for the whole stay, with no replacement; interim cleaning is not provided. Publicly listed charges: Hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation; optional kitchen towels €2 per reservation, towel set €7 per reservation, linen for a double bed €18 per reservation, linen for a single bed €14 per reservation, end-of-stay cleaning €130 per reservation, bath mat €3 per reservation. Refundable deposit: €800 per reservation, by card pre-authorisation. The page describes the tourist tax as added and payable before the stay, while its fee section labels it included in the total; verify this discrepancy.
