House rules
No parties or events; non-smoking. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are permitted except animals described as dangerous breeds. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; the house has no dedicated vehicle-charging outlet. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival details and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. House linen is optional and is supplied for the whole stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. The tourist tax is payable before the stay. The refundable deposit is €800 per booking, taken as a card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €93 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking.
Getting there
Kerler sandy beach is 2.6 km away; the property description places beaches and the Pointe de Mousterlin 3 km away. Parking is available in a garage and beneath the adjoining carport. The garden is not fenced.
