The 90 m² house has a ground-floor living area of over 50 m², an open equipped kitchen, dining table for four, lounge with decorative fireplace and television, and a separate WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a shower room with hairdryer. One bedroom has a dressing room and desk; the other has a wardrobe. The house also has a 16 m² terrace, garden, barbecue, washing machine, private garage and an adjoining carport. The 5,000 m² plot and garden are not fenced. A second car can be sheltered under the carport.

Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; the house has no dedicated vehicle-charging outlet. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival details and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. House linen is optional and is supplied for the whole stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. The tourist tax is payable before the stay. The refundable deposit is €800 per booking, taken as a card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking.
